It’s amazing the good stuff you can find way in the back corner of our library.  This is another beautiful coffee table book of photographs of Venice.  This one is a nice manageable size.  It includes a brief run-through of the history of Venice, but the bulk of the book is beautiful photos of Venice.

They have another book in the same series on Paris, which we also have at the library, not far from this one.

Perfect for spending a half-hour reliving a trip to Venice.  This also would be good for anyone planning to visit Venice, to get an idea of what to see.  And of course, it’s also perfect for the vicarious traveller.
