It&#8217;s Cybils Day!  The day <a href=\"http:\/\/dadtalk.typepad.com\/cybils\/winners\/\">the Cybils winners are announced!<\/a>  (That <em>must<\/em> be why the library was empty tonight, right?)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sonderbooks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/false_prince.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sonderbooks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/false_prince.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"false_prince\" width=\"113\" height=\"160\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-17932\" \/><\/a>I served on a Round One Panel for Middle Grade Fantasy and Science Fiction, and I have to say that I was very happy about the winner the Round Two Judges picked:  <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sonderbooks.com\/Childrens_Fiction\/false_prince.html\">The False Prince<\/a><\/em>, by Jennifer Nielsen.<\/p>\n<p>There were a total of four winners that I&#8217;ve read before and loved.  (I won&#8217;t talk about the ones I read and didn&#8217;t love, but most are going on my TBR list.) It was a good year for books for children and young adults!  And trust me, the other Finalists and Winners are going straight onto my TBR lists.
