***Write Me If You Dare!

This one is another fairly light story, but fun reading. A
girl finds a balloon with an address and the message “Write Me If You
Dare!” and she dares. She gets letters back with some strange, archaic
words and phrases. Meanwhile, this letter-writer becomes a friend
to whom she can share her feelings about her mother’s death a year ago and
her father’s new girlfriend.
