****Wild Writing Women

Stories of World Travel

Reviewed June 5, 2004.
The Globe Pequot Press, Guilford, Connecticut, 2002.  207 pages.
Available at Sembach Library (910 WIL).

By now, my readers probably know that I enjoy travel stories.  I love traveling myself; I love living in Europe.  I also love reading about the travels of others and reading about their adventures in places I would never dare go myself.

This book is a collection of travel stories, all written by the twelve women of a writing group called the Wild Writing Women.  Isn’t that a delightful name?  They’re funny, profound, thought-provoking, and thoroughly enjoyable.  Travel the world with the Wild Writing Women.
