What Kids Really Want to Know About Dolphins

by Marty Crisp

Reviewed November 18, 2004.
NorthWood Press, Chanhassen, Minnesota, 2004.  64 pages.
Available at Sembach Library (J 599.53 CRI).

When I was in elementary school, I had a little paperback book about dolphins that I loved to read over and over.  I didn’t read much nonfiction, but there’s something about dolphins.

This modern book on dolphins is full of information, but it’s also got photographs on every page.  I love today’s nonfiction books for kids.  They let you see as well as hear about the subject.  There’s nothing boring about this book, presented in a question-and-answer format.

For kids interested in dolphins, here’s a book that will answer their questions.
