We got this book when my oldest son was only two, and it has been a family favorite ever since.  The story is simple.  Baby Blue Cat and his three siblings have different favorite treats.  Baby Blue Cat is absolutely crazy for raisins.  When Mama Cat bakes a batch of cookies, Baby Blue Cat discovers that they have raisins, Wow, Meow!  He doesn’t mean to do it, but he ends up eating the whole batch of cookies.

The cute little touches and repetitive patterns make this an absolutely delightful read-aloud for little ones.  Great fun!
